The group consisted of singer/actresses Kellie Crawford, Liza Witt, and Roxanne Clark. All three formed the group in 1990 with the intention of getting a TV program off the ground about a girl group in 1960s Sydney. But when the pilot was turned down the trio decided to make the group a reality, which would pay off in 1992 when their remake of "Be My Baby" became a #6 hit on the ARIA chart.
